So I just got interviewed by the LA Times

I am dead fraggin' serious. This lady contacts me on Gaia wanting to talk about my post that i made in a topic about hiding money. She gives me a number to call (800 #) and i give her a ring and she snaps the phone up instantly.

I tell her what my SN was and she started in on the interview right away. She wanted to know what had made me start hiding money, what were some of my hiding places, did my friends hide money, did my family hide money, and yadda yadda yadda. She asked me how i felt about the banks and I told her that it was scary to turn on the television and hear about how one bank was puchased by another bank and how a few weeks later, the latter of the two was purchased by yet another company who then later got a bail out from the feds because they got all this debt when they bought these banks because no one has the money to pay their loans or anything.

I then added that it was probably why my TV stayed off except for BBCA because "british comedy is better than hearing about the banks." I then added that David Tennant makes everything smiley and happy biggrin

I also told her that if my small local bank made it onto the news because they were bought out, I would just "hang it up. Put my coat on the rack and say, 'Denero, hand, now, please thank you.'" mehhe. she laughed at my BBCA plug and the hand please now thank you bit.

So

she said it should be published in Jan. and that she'd give me a headsup when it does. When it does, i'll give you guys a link or something and we can all ready about the crazy girl from alabama who has ADD and can't remember where she hides her own money and about her loan shark brother.

That's pretty cool.

I've been on the news (it was in the 6th grade for a program where students drew pictures for kids in Afghanistan) and on the radio (Answered a question on the first day of school in the 9th grade). Nothing big, though.

and my brother just rolled his eyes and walked off.

yer!! when she first sent me the message, i thought it was a scam and replied that I would answer a few questions if she would reply back that she was interested to speak via email. Instead, she sent me the number to the LA Times and her extension heart
