Faster in window?

Just wondering, would running TS2 in a window instead of full screen make it go any faster? Apartment life makes it lag when I have 6+ people in a family...

It's possible.
It made mine run slightly faster.


It is really annoying because you can't use scroll edges in window mode.
You have to right click and drag to move the camera.

Hm. Tried it, and I don't think it makes a difference. I think I'm going to uninstall Bon Voyage, since I don't use anything from that Ep much at ALL.

I guess I just have to stick to stuff packs, now =(

OH, unless anyone knows the like, sizes of each EP, like MB wise? Because my computer could probably handle a smaller one...

Before you install them it should tell you.
I don't know if the file sizes to Download them are the same as installing them from the disk.

Yeah, but I don't want to go out and buy something that I can't run..xD

I have to go to the store near my house already and see if they'll take BV from me, it's like a used Game store/New game store/ All that junk, so, I might be able to put BV towards Rockband 2 or something, then roll on over to EB games....

This might be a bit expensive but it worked for a friend of mine. Her boyfriend bought her an external hard drive for her pc. She put all her sims data on it and her game runs like new.

On the box of the EP it should tell you how much memory it will install with onto your drive.
There's a sticker with the system req. on either the top or bottom of the box.
