~Background~ No one knows about Shera's life while she was living but that she died a horrible death.Shera is a former student of Wolf.How long she trained under Wolf is unknown.She joined squad 10 and severed under Aros.When Wolf was made captain of squad 10 she made Shera vice and trained Shera bankai.Almost everything Shera know was taught to her by Wolf.

~Techniques~
Shikai--first release of zonpaku-to-- As the user prepares to go into shikai they realeas a large amount of reaitsu.At this point the flames become hotter then hell.Then as the user calls the zanpaku-to spirit out,ice forms over the flames.The iced flames cover the sword and the ground around the user.When the user attacks it burns and freezes the oppenit at the same time.

4. White Lightning (白雷, byakurai) — Fires a concentrated bolt of lightning from the caster's forefinger.
31. Shot of Red Fire (赤火砲, shakkahō) — Fires a ball of red energy at a target.
33. Blue Fire, Crash Down (蒼火墜, sōkatsui) — Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to 31, but over a wider area and with more power.
54. Abolishing Flames (廃炎, haien) — Fires a blast of purple spiritual energy that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact.
73. Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down (双蓮蒼火墜, sōren sōkatsui) — Essentially a doubled version of #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety.
88. Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon (飛竜撃賊震天雷砲, hiryugekizokushintenraiho) — Fires a gigantic blast of spiritual energy resulting in a truly enormous explosion.
90. Black Coffin (黒棺, kurohitsugi) — Forms a box of black energy around a target, which is then pierced by dozens of energy "spears", lacerating the one inside from head to toe. Its appearance and function is reminiscent of a common magician's trick, as well as certain torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition.
