Well the only things that are really interesting are:

Amazing Pie (-90 fat)

SleepMaster 3000 Bed (A bed that has a special effect, I sold it when I got it.)

Hat, Headband, Moustache emote (essential to getting all emotes unlocked)

Backflip (Essential to getting all dog tricks unlocked)

Everything else is pretty much useless because there is way better stuff in the game.
