College Production... Magazine cover

Okay I got given an assesment in college, My assesment was to produce a magazine cover and a contents page...

Now obviously I decided to produce and Xbox magazine cover + contents page.

Now here is my design, What do you guys think?

Looks alright if the guild were bigger I'd say making a small scale e magazine would be handy.
