Random Question: What'll you do for Valentine's Day?
Eat all the chocolate my friends give me from people who hit on them, and they hate the person
Spend time with friends and family
  Spend time with a love
Nothing. It's just another holiday to me.

We let loose our grip on each other.
Hoping the both of us would be happier.
You agreed with me,
and I with you.
To let go and be friends
would be the better fate.

Moved on, you say.
I was far gone already.
What could be done
but what was already planned?
We both are far happier now
I have abandoned my past, like Setsusna.

My future awaits.
Maybe my love will find another.
Maybe it won't.
But the other way
The price to pay to look the other way
The letting go...
The letting go.

----------

I am writing again, because a lingering tie has finally been cut, and although I am not happy about it, I can't do much but move on. cry For those who care, my heart is just tired of love for now. The only path I'll pursue is my own, and the only love I'll have is for myself and for friends. I don't want to be broken again.

Don't worry. You'll find the one. It might takes months, it might take years!

But, you'll find someone. Eventually. You'll get your heart broken a few times, but your sole mate will be there one day, to save you from all the break and you'll have found the one. One day.

One.

Day.

This poem is so beautiful. I hope you are happy. ((This totally works with a story of mine. Hmmm... May I use it as part of the story? My main character is an artist.))
