You have to be old enough to own the firearm in question -- generally, 21 for good measure because that's the pistol age.

You do NOT need to be an FFL. I bought my CZ-52 from a private individual wink

YOU won't necessarily need to find an FFL. The other person will need to contact their FFL of choice and find out if they accept transfers from non-FFLS. If they do, no FFL on your side, unless you like the ease of letting them handle it for a fee. It's generally a GREAT idea to make sure that there is an "ATTN: " on the package so that the receiving FFL knows who'se firearm it is. They may also request a form of identification with the firearm if not sent by an FFL, for legal safety on their part.

ok, well i found a buyer. 600 even, sadly i dropped the price to make the sale.

the good news, there's a gun show coming up. biggrin gonna look into getting my Mossy. maybe a few upgrades. Also, i got a damn good lead on ammo. A friend of mine picked up 200 rounds of 9mm for like 25 bucks.
