That is a cluster munition dispenser. It is NOT anti-personnell, it is for destroying runways. Three of those little b*****d Tornado TR.4s come in, one goes over the runway with that, one goes over the taxiway, and one goes over the parking ramp.
The bomblets hit the runway and explode, leaving craters. Some of them are mines, and are there to hinder rebuilding operations. I think those dispensers hold something like 500 bomblets, that's why they're not dropped: no room for guidance or rocket motors. They stay on from launch until landing.
Used extensively in Desert Storm with great success.

Fresnel Floyd That is a French aircraft. A Dassault if I'm not mistaken from the size of the tail. I also seem to recall that footage similar to this was shown at the beginning of the second invasion of Iraq claiming this was a dispersion pod for anti-personnel of a unique design. Tiny tanks containing aerosol tanks filled with various nasty compounds. Instead of explosions, these killed far more than what shrapnel would. The Luftwaffe flying a Dassault? Surely you must be joking. razz No, it's a Panavia Tornado. British, Italian, and German. Most likely Jagdbombergeschwader, but I can't find any squadron insignia that look like the one on that plane's tail. It looks almost like a Star of David. Yup. I see the details now. I still stand by the remaining comments about Saddam Hussein's people doing biological and chemical distribution tests with a fighter jet and pod of similar design. That was part of the evidence shown to the public confirming weapons of mass destruction.

Fresnel OberFeldwebel I like the cross that the Wehr- I mean Bundeswehr uses. Definitely one of the better roundels. It's amusing how many look like bull's-eyes. The Dominican Republic has a bulls-eye with crosshairs on it. New Zealand's has a kiwi. xd IMO, I like America's roundel the best. You mean this one? Yeah, it's funny how a lot of them seem to resemble targets. Leave it to the RAF to make a perfect target- I mean Roundel.

First of all, the sign on the door isn't in English. Second of all, those look like fatsuits. The lines around both wrists where your hands poke out, the lines around the elbows so you can bend your arms... looks like a fat suit.
