Went there today for a promo for a local radiostation and saw a few things.

Some Mosins, one M91/30, an M44 from 1948 and two more from 1944.
One was counter bored the rest weren't.
Wanted $120 for the M91, not sure what they wanted for the '44s I didn't care to look.

On the M91 I got a bit excited when I saw the stock, for a second it looked like it was a patch job for an Ex-Sniper but it was too short. I opened the bolt just to be sure but there were no plugs or taps.

Looked around for the handguns but had a hard time, they keep moving things around, finally found the handguns but was disappointed by not seeing any SIGs.
I did see a Walther P1 that appears to have been a training pistol, number 18 painted on the grip and the sights were painted as well.
I don't remember what they were asking for it but I wasn't too interested.

Then I found the other display case with the rest of the handguns, and there were those SIGs.
I... was surprised on the price tag for them though.
$999.95 for a used Police SIG.
Same price for 'factory refurbished' or whatever they called it.
None in .40 or .357 Sig.

Took a look through their handgun ammunition;
They have .327, and yes I mean .327, and to my surprise they also had 7.62 NAGANT! WHAT?!
$50 for a box of 50. But that's the going price for that.

Also, SIG has come out with a new pistol, the SIG 266.
rolleyes
I should have given someone crap about it, ask the guy working about it and the like. twisted

They moved their PTR 91s from the rack to behind a glass case, as well as everything else with a pistol grip. They did have that Beretta Carbine in the case as well.
Only rifle grips and thumbhole stocks were on the racks for fondling.
Odd, I wonder why they did that.

I wonder why the media is so afraid about a pistol grip.

It's not just the pistol grip.
It's the shoulder thing that goes up and the pistol grip.

I added a few things to the post.

More like Gander Markup. I've seen refurb. SIGS go for $650 at the gun shop I work at.

But, I will give them credit for having a lot of cool stuff in there.

Yeah, the closest gun shop is the one that pushes high priced Kimbers, Glocks and rack grade M1 Carbines for high price.
I'm not sure if everyone knows what rack grade means but if you didn't know you'd think it was a good thing.

Although they're safe to shoot if a gunsmith says so, the barrel is near the end of it's life and is probably pitted. However they are fairly cheaper than the Service grade.
Cheapest is the Inland for $419. (rack)
Not sure what makes they were selling but you know, none of the rack grades were $900-1000.

They did have one nice Taurus. .44 Magnum, ported and hogue grips and I must admit it had a nice stainless finish.

There is a better gunshop that I've been to, and if you're ever in Minnesota for whatever reason, stop by The Wolf's Den, it isn't the one near Hugo...
East East St. Paul... I can't remember. I'll have to look.
