What's your gear set up?

I'm rolling pretty ghetto. Casio CA-110 (using as my synth) from the 90s and a cup duct taped to a speaker with a camel back tube in da back of the cup (trying to recreate the MooT BooxLe ghetto talkbox)

I'm so effing happy.
I'm gonna be getting a Rocktron Banshee Talkbox and a MicroKorg Synthesizer. It's gonna be the sickest EVA!

I want to DJ in the future. I was thinking of getting just a Lemur to start out, but seeing how freggin' expensive they are, i'll hold off on it for a while.

Stanton has this DJ pack online for $500 I want to get in the future. It includes 2 turntables, headphones & a mixer. I think I'd just need to get some Timecoded Vinyl from Virtual DJ or maybe Traktor, and then a laptop and i'm set.

There was also this really cool "Portable DJ" device for $600 called "PaceMaker"

Wow that does look nice. But I want to feel authentically like a DJ, so I'll probably still go with the Stanton pack if its still made in a few years. I'm still trying to decide whether I would want that or a DSi for my birthday =/

I know what you're thinking, but I'm a gamer and this would be a once in a year opportunity gonk

There's a KORG game that was made last year I think, it works pretty well actually if you actually try and use it to make music. Ok now I got my DSi, and I'm aiming for either American Audio CDI 500s or Pioneer CDJ 200's.

Mine is made of Turbo XXIII Plastic X400 with color coded locations for your fingers to get the perfect scratch as well as playing samples at the same time

cross fader is a little loose but im still called an Expert at it.
