Also which raider carries a book and respawns weekly...? I've never heard of such a phenomenon. I was under the impression there's only around 25 of each book in the game which with the appropriate perk would allow you to raise each skill by 50 (if you actually plan it out ahead of time you can infact get every skill up to 100)
There are actually two. One in a sewer with a Big Book of Science (don't know which one), and another in the Bethesda Headquarters with a U.S. Army Flamethrower ~~~ book.
