Honestly, maybe I could get an okay time on a few RPG's and Megaman games, but there's no game I actually don't spend more than a day on.
(where a day isn't 24 hrs.)

I can beat the Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past in less than five minutes with no deaths, the level one sword, and no items. I haven't done the no items part cause I keep accidentally getting the lantern.......
And I can speed run Super Mario World. I've done the 11 goal finish although it's quicker to get the 15 goal for Top Secret Area.

Aside from that I can't really think of any. I usually don't do speed runs, I just end up seriously under-levelled.

Fast is a relative term since each game has a different standard for it. I'd generally consider any game you can beat in under an hour, or in a couple hours a speed run though.
