KillerLee: I question it because of the way he worded it, rather than the content of his message.
I have been beaten up for my sexuality. My parents took in many teen gay refugees who were kicked out, we had many friends who lived with us because they'd been disowned by their families for being different for one reason or another. At one point in my life I was without a home, unable to support myself in my life such that I have been starving, dangerously underweight, hair falling out and everything, because I couldn't afford food. Unable to afford even a meal every day, of course I couldn't afford phone, internet, TV, a car, any of those luxuries. I have friends who hid their furriness from their family at the risk of being judged.
And that's part of why I'm wary of this message. It just doesn't ring "true", from my experience. I'm reserving judgment, but I'm skeptical without more information.
I can understand someone breaking the law, not having a job, living off their parents after age of majority, and then being caught with porn getting kicked out. I would not call that being kicked out for being a furry. razz
