the closet thing to a horse is a centaur, you can get that and I think it's 18k but that was last time I checked. Type in centaur and drome egg in the market place.

Drome egg has some lizard body parts. There's also a lizard/dragon skin from the Superior Form item, which I'm wearing for the furry skin. There may be dragon items elsewhere but I forget.

Kelp o th loch has horse body parts.

Centaur bodies are created using a potion from skin tyte, 10k.

You can get serpentine items from the Padmavati's Lotus.

The only thing i know that may resemble a dragon is the entire set of lizardmen parts, which is 5 and body dye that fits the color. i don't quite know about wings though
