Brewing

Does anyone know how to brew or could give me some tip because Im going to start brewing within the next couple of months. Im just trying to get as much information before I actually start

The only brewing I do is at a U-Brew. And I brew wine. I only have to pay for the stuff & bottle it. The company does all the rest. I know they brew beer there too. You should try asking around those kind of places for tips.

Actually you can buy a brewery kit online. Comes with directions and everything.

Actually I plan on moving to mead but I figured from what people have said that beer is actually harder to brew than mead.

That may be so, but mead's pretty rough around the edges. The reason why beer is harder to brew is because the end result is much finer than that of mead. x.x
