yea i think why vergil became power obsessed was becuz he saw hes mom died that can to alot to a kid he age when he was young he only want to bepowerful so that whouldnt happen again

I thought it was Dante who saw their mother die and i thought Vergil only became power obsessed because he wanted to surpass Sparda in every way and that is why he fought against Mundus because Sparda fought Mundus and defeated him and Vergil thought he could do it too but failed.

Though i could be wrong i havent seen or read a lot of things that have to do with Vergil and how he came to be.

actually wat virgil wanted was to be like his father so he could be powerful enough to do the same thing his father did but thats my opinion

Hm, very interesting. ^-^ And yes! To different opinions. xd Although... some time ago... I heard from a friend that there was a book out that said that Vergil is Nero's father. I have no idea if it is true or not.

i chose dente cause he has the coolest fighting style out of the lot only when he uses trickster in 3 or just his normal style in number 2

My favorite character of all time in the Devil May Cry series is of course...Dante! He is so B.A. and he is so sexy in a bad boy kind of way. He is so brave and may i need to mention that he is half demon half human, Need I say more...
