unless ur really sick and ur doc said u have to then really u should but i think u still have to make up.

Of course you can eat!
These pills are very important. And I want to remind everyone that mental health is actually just as important as physical health. So I resent them being called "happy pills" That is insulting. Depression is very dangerous.
However you will have to make up for those days that your forced to eat, since it's out of your control, There are several ways for this:
1- Fast to make up for the loss. 2- Feed someone in need for the same number of days. 3- Provide anyone with their Iftar (Anyone who doesn't live with you).
I don't know if there are more ways but of these I am sure.

I didn't really have that problem when I was taking my anit-depressants, but that's cause I took them at night, but if it's a medication that you seriously need then there should be no harm done.
