BUT you may post if the person who created the thread says that OOC chatter is fine. But, to be courteous, please keep OOC posts to a minimum. ^_^ Don't start rambling about cookies, now. xD;; A little comment like, "Interesting story," is fine if the creator of the thread allows OOC chatter.
