I have a bit of a tiff when it comes to troubling others with financial problems.

I actually have/had plenty of money, I have 186k. Which is actually the most I've ever had, so thats a big deal for me.

So how bout that stuff? Well recently I've walked in to a wall of the online Furry Castle, I had no idea the online Furry community was that big. I clicked on one link and I think I almost had an heart attack when I saw it. There were so many furries online and in one place.

Of course I fought for that link, I made a "help" furry oriented thread on a site, and I think I set the flame bomb off, I was attacked left and right, emails, in the forum, on steam, then just when I started to feel down, a few fellow furries logged in and help me fight off the flamers with polite remarks in response to their vicious words. I could write a story about it.

Enough about me, how have things been around the ol' guild?

You know, Fur Affinity isn't slow (especially during the day) just because of crappy servers. It's probably one of the largest furry communities out there. I don't think there's a website with more people online and there than anyone else. Of course, you don't have a ton of chatting going on, but it is probably the largest.

Also, what the heck where you talking about that made everyone flame you? confused "Help" doesn't explain much. <.<

People who say they're being flamed can often be the reason the flamewar started in the first place. God knows I unabashedly speak my mind enough online to piss off more than one person. And I've started many a flamewar just by my tactless and bluntly honest comments about what I believe in and how I feel.


Then again, I've also been the victim of bannings and hostility just because of something I accidently say which offends people. Or because I have a bad reputation in the community to begin with and people just don't like me there.

I've had communities full of people who are nerds irl.. probably fat, unwashed virgins.. who are sarcastic and trolling and total assholes online, as if being snarky and a d**k online will up their online cred and make them feel better about themselves.

On one board for Transformers and Comic book fans, I've been called a retard and an idiot many a times by certain people because of what I post... the guy who does it the most has a Power Rangers icon, and he's in his 30s... I of course ignore him because I could care less about some 30 year old fatass virgin troll with a fetish for power rangers trying to make me look like an idiot. Good for him. I'm sure that will win him many friends IRL.

I tend to avoid flamewars nowadays. It's the internet, nothing that goes on here actually affects the real world. Walk away before it gets too bad.

Im new to TF2, so I made a TF2 forum thread asking if there were any other furries, and if so could they tell me what furry TF2 servers there are, I got several PMs from furries giving me the info through there as oppose to posting in the thread due to trolls. Fur Affinity has a chat channel on this one site, the site I was talking about.


The worst ones are the ones that recognize they're assholes and are proud of it. They have no remorse.

They flamed me because of the whole 'furry' part. They even admitted to trolling and flaming and were apparently proud of it.
