Special Titles: The Silent Statue, because he awaits an opponent to get close before even attempting to attack. He also doesn't waste time and Monologues during his fights. Also he's been called the Arrogant one on some occasions.

Blood Type: A rare N Negative. Which makes blood transfusions for him impossible, but gives him a higher plasma count. Which means he will regenerate lost blood at an increased rate. If it is too much he sometimes has bloody noses or has tears of blood.
Likes: He likes The Shio Love Novels (Various love and heartbreaker Novels), Loves his penguin pets that he keeps in his house. He enjoys drinking Sake or Mead when he can get his hands on it. His favorite pass time would have to be reading or drinking or both on some occasions. Many know that Day dreaming while looking up at the sky mark number two on his favorite thing to do.
Dislikes: He does not like to Train and would rather just relax then fight at times, but will rise up to any challenge he has to. He dislikes being swamped with paper work and often has someone else do it while he relaxes. He dislikes anybody that smokes in front of him. It is a disgusting habit to him. Besides that he just gets annoyed by other things. Hates getting into fights because he always seems to be paired with a girl. Its embarrassing for him, but he has gained some of the women members of the academy respect. He hates not having some sake on hand, talking to people who explain their jokes that aren't even funny. Fighting his captain who makes a point on wiping the floor with his face.
Physical Description: He is tall and slender built. Often wheres black dress clothing because he finds the Kimonos that the rest of the squads where to be too uncomfortable. It is fit with a Back Pack that he carries three Penguin Spirits in. These are spirits he has of course tamed. They feed off of his Reitsu and that is enough to sustain them.

Clothing: Clothing: He wears a black thin layer of light, Flexible, hard, Leather undershirt. On top of that always the same grey shirt, people say he never takes off or cleans for that matter. He however has assured people that he has multiple shirts of the same brand that he changes out everyday. On top of that grey shirt is a black jacket that he always wears. It’s said to weigh more than it looks and is covered in hidden weapons. Even with this said it is very versatile and does not hinder movement at all. The cloth used to make it is VERY durable. No matter what training he goes threw it never tears under the stress of it. He wears black pants that are made of an equally durable cloth as his jacket. They are loose and do not hinder any movement either. His boots are steel toed and are all terrain. He wears a pair of Black wrist bands that he carries small medical pills around in. The pills aid him in combat by either reviving his strength, speeding up his heart rate, or providing self induced vomiting or adrenaline rush. He also wears a black pendant that is a family Heirloom. It’s said to contain some awesome power. He shrugs off these claims though and says it just looks cool on him. The last of his wardrobe would have to be his face mask. It covers his mouth and his nose completely. He takes it off at night and stuff but in the morning particularly when he is on a mission he always wears it. There is also another outfit that is made more for comfort when he has to go to a high class party. It is white and shown above.
Special Features: The mark on his eyes, it is a black line of eye liner, it was meant to honor a fallen enemy.
Scars: He committed suicide to get to the soul society, so he retains those marks on his wrist. Has a large cut across his chest that was stitched together but never really healed very well. A burn mark on his arm that looks like it burned off a tattoo or a number.
Personality: He is pretty laid back when it comes to his activities. He also losses track of thought if you put him in a situation where you don’t technically need to try your hardest to keep at attention. He will often just pretend to fight an opponent so he does not have to go all out. This allowed him to become a very good actor. His nickname the Arrogant one is because he often talks back to whoever is in charge. When he is serious his facial expression becomes stern and he takes off his mask to reveal a smile. He is very confident, and thinks everything other people do is a joke. People say he is always smiling under his mask. He has a light hearted nature and loves his penguin friends. He also talks to the penguins he carries around. They are seen peaking their head out of his back pack every once in a while. He is a master tactician, or just a complete idiot. Nobody really knows at all. His fighting style is somewhat similar to the Drunken Fist style. He deals very quick very precise and very random attacks. He never seems to have a plan when going into a fight and takes too many risks. His instructors calls him a fool for taking and he responds "It was just more fun this way." He love Sake, and has one bottle hidden in his jacket at all times. He has grown fond of other casual drinkers. He is very Bipolar and often grows angry then laughs later because he was being serious. He is caring and loving but unfortunately is distant in his love life. He loves day dreaming and reading love novels.
Pets: Three spirt penguins, they should technically not be able to sustain being in the soul society. They feed off his spiritual pressure as a host and he enjoys their company which spells a symbiotic relationship. If they were to be away from him too long they would begin to become weak and eventually fade from existence. In response he never leaves them for more than 3 to 5 hours at a time.
Favorite Colors: Silver, and Saphire blue, and a pitch black.
Abilities:
Silent Awakening: He can touch a Hollows mask slightly and crack it. He can then calm the Hollow to a civil level based on their power level. He does this as a parasite would. He releases his Kidou directly into the hollows mask and it quickly attaches itself to its soul. His kidou could overpower the soul and control it or could at least weaken its effects.
5 seal of death Senbom needles: He carries 5 very powerful needles I his mouth. Upon a serious battle he would take off his mask so he could spit them out when needed. The 5 needles are coated in a severe poison that he changes every month, like every smart person would. There are 5 levels of poison he uses. The first poison is paralysis. It is very effective on low level opponents. Its effects stop in about 3 minutes of taking effect. The second poison is the weakest but most effective. It is a low grade poison that causes disorientation, and some blindness. The third poison is said to be just a needle that causes a lot of pain. The fourth is a poison that causes numbness in a limb it hits. It’s restricted to the muscles in the immediate area. The Fifth is called the fifth seal of death. He can only carry one at a time and he has to aim it pretty accurately. It must hit a direct vein for it to work. It is poisons that actually blocks flow in the heart of his enemy. The enemy will die within seconds of this block.
Shunpo: Called flash step it allows him to increase his speed considerably.
Kidou Flight: Most shimigami can do it, he will keep himself afloat in the air using his kidou.
Celestial Regeneration: He will take the sapphire pendant from his necklace and chew it in his mouth. The pendant has the ability to store kidou he wastes in battle. When he eats the sapphire that stored energy is released into his system to give him some energy back.
Other Skills
Lei Dou style of sword play description: It deals with very fast very strong direct attacks. It’s the most disciplined art of sword play, and also the most mentally challenging. You need to actually stand still while your opponent attacks. You never attack directly until you learn the higher levels and have mastered the basics. The basics are being cool and not overreacting. Small attacks that aren’t life threatening must be shrugged off and not given any thought. Second is patience, you are a sunflower spider waiting for a wasp to land on your flower. You then attack quickly and end the fight immediately. Third is Precision you must know the most effective places to attack your opponent. The ribs are ideal places; behind them are life-sustaining organs. If you can attack in-between them and get a direct hit you can cripple or kill your opponent. Also tendons, and muscle nerves are the best places. There are more advanced technigues that are meant for offense. They are to be learned last, because the basics are meant to help defend against these attacks.
Lei Dou first Slash of destruction: It is a fast attack that is meant to attack the side of you opponent that their sword is located. If it is not drawn you may use shunpo to attack the hand that they use to reach for the sword with. Further Explanation, if you are right handed and your sword is located on the left side of your body, then you will have to reach to get it. In that time this slash will cut your forearm, and possibly the whole right side of your body. Your best bet would be to retreat, that is what it is sometimes used to do. Its meant to draw your opponent to attack as a taunt. If they do try and block well you just got a good hit in at the beginning.
Lei Dou Second Slash of Destruction: It’s a very complicated and quick attack. The person doing the attack must be agile, they must first draw their sword and duck low noting to watch their legs incase of a kick. If they do try and kick then that will take away from the force of their sword. So you can shrug of the sword attack and possibly cut off their leg. If they do not kick and choose to do a downward slash with their sword you block with your own sword and essentially do a low spin kick on one of their legs. It will cause them to go off balance then you duck and jump forward past their legs. Your sword will cut their legs anyway, and you will avoid their blade while you roll away behind them. You can then get back up and take your stance before they can react. Like the other technique it’s meant to draw your opponent to attack as a taunt but if you hit then good for you. If you fail then don’t get down on yourself Lei Dou style of sword play is a defensive and counter attack style.
Lei Dou final slash of destruction: It’s probably the most practical of all of them. The first slash is to catch them off guard. The second is very accurate, fail and you fail and you get back into your stance. You’re aiming for your opponents fingers. Yeah, the first attack is just a short slash that catches your opponent off guard. The second is slashed quickly towards their probably un-covered fingers that grasp their sword. The third attack is the most forward, you run forward towards the arm which their sword is being held. You then cut their arm at the shoulder. You then fully run past them and get back into your Lei Dou stance.

Sapphire Wave 1 Twin Dragon Puppets: Its an ability that forces his hands to become useless in hand to hand combat he however can control two dragons he forms out of his kidou. His arm movements control where they go. His finger movements control how they attack and basically everything else.
Sapphire Wave 2 Needle storm: Its basically what its sounds like. He fires a large amount of kidou formed needles at his opponent. The needles originate form the seven kidou points in his left hand.
Sapphire Wave 3 Black Lightning: the twin brother of White lightning used by many Shimigami it takes the form of a black arc, which never fires direction at an opponent. Meaning it has the tendency to curve when fired.
Sapphire wave 4 Death: It’s essentially a powerful kick with a lot of power behind it. He starts by locking an opponent’s wrist after maybe a punch or whenever that opponent gets close. Then using the forces that punch made he will use shunpo on one leg. Regularly the right one, and slam it into an opponents rib cage. The force makes all the air go out of their lungs and Time slows down for a moment when he does it. Not breathing and their mind a little hazy it gives the opponent the feeling of being dead.
Sapphire Wave 5 Domination: It’s an intricate attack of fast moves. He will slam his fists into his opponent. Any flesh that isn’t covered in armor will have an inch long needle slammed into it. At the end of it he hits them in the chest with a longer one between the first and second ribs in the order of going down. Usually on the left side, it will hit on the top of the lung. Usually internal bleeding will get the best of your opponent.
Sapphire wave 6 Apocalypse: His strongest non Zanpaktou attack by far but his most risky one also. He will put his hand on his blade, and when his opponent comes closer he will slam his katana into his opponent’s blade. Behind the blade his left hand will glow with red life force energy. Fired at point blank range his opponent will take a shot to his chest. The blast is very powerful and compressed to the limit. Think of it as a bullet that can break threw most armor. What’s the downfall? Well what do you think happens to all of his kidou afterwards? That’s right it is a compressed attack, meaning all of his remaining kidou in one last attack. Nothing can block it but if he misses he is fully drained.
Sapphire wave 7 Extinction: It’s a pulse of electric kidou that can affect everything in the general area. In its most powerful form enemies will feel the effect immediately. It causes internal bleeding that may not be life threatening but it can be a nuisance in battle. Organs may be damaged and cause muscles to tighten up to keep the bleeding from spreading. Locked Muscles meaning you can’t move.
Strengths: He uses the Lei Dou Style of sword play. Meaning he will keep his sword sheathed until his opponent comes close. Then in a fluid movement unsheathes his sword and surprises his opponent with a quick slash.
Weaknesses: He doesn't really respond well to be being in a detainment spell. Like the binding light kidou move. If he is captured in one of these he will not be able to fight it too well. His Instructors says its a terrible downfall but he says "Well its not going to work if they don't catch me".
Favorite Foods: He loves rice balls, because he says "They are good when your hungry and want to eat 2 thousand of something."
Favorite Music: He loves dark mooded songs, and heavy sounding love songs. You can seem him with his Ipod blaring while walking around. He has his play lists listed in to where he is going. He likes soothing instrumentals when walking around. Rap and club music when he is drinking. Fast beat and awesome guitars when fighting. His favorite bands include, As I Lay Dying, Rise Against, Thousand Foot Krutch, Three days grace, and Dry cell.
Favorite Books: He is forced to read books on fighting but he loves to hide a smaller more rated R book inside those books. He uses the concealing spell to hide them when someone happens to come around. His penguins can't read so he is not worried about them.
Zanpaku-to: Byakko (White or Silver Wolf spirit )
Zanpaku-to Description: Zanpaku-to Description: Its just a regular Katana, with a black hilt. The only defining factor is the blade. It has smudges all over it that make it look like it has ashes on it. The smudges have a way of moving around on the blade. Kogi has noted this and says it shows what mood his Zanpaktou spirit is in. Zanpaku-to Spirit: Byakko Glowing Silver wolf, with dark blue eyes reminiscent of Kogi’s own. It speaks telepathically to Kogi whenever he appears. He is very intelligent and very enthusiastic about doing things correctly without fail. Most Zanpaku-to are perfectly put with their Shimigami, Kogi and Byakko couldn’t be more opposite. Maybe that's why they are perfect for one another. Byakko gets annoyed by Kogi’s laziness sometimes but offers his wisdom to him also. Kogi in return respects Byakko immensely. Byakko Image.
Rietsu: His Retsu has been described as angels Retsu because it is a very bright silver glow.

Shikia Release phase: Pause Time Byakko!!
Shikia Description: Nothing really changes about Kogi’s Zanpaku-to’s form. What does become visible is the blade becomes silver, if you could really see it in the first place of course. Remember I told you that in its non-released form his Zanpaku-to had smudges on it that look like ash. Well in his shikai form it is covered in ashes and it never seems to end. Every slash sends ash flying everywhere. Using his Lei style of sword play he sends that ash into his opponents face with each slash. Shikai Form Sword
Shikai Abilities: The ash that is released from his Zanpaku-to begins to make his opponent see more slowly. Want an explanation for that also? It actually messes up the senses of his opponent. His opponent will begin to see things slower than an average shimigami. Also things will begin to leave an afterimage and people will begin to talk slower to him or her. It essentially starts to slow your opponent down. This effect can be taken in effect from advanced exposure of the ash to the skin or the eyes or if it is inhaled at all. Within 5 posts where your character has come into contact with the ash from his Zapaku-to, your character would be unable to do blinksteps, or flash steps. Its 10 for those at Espada, or Captain status. 15 or more and you will be as fast as a snail. Captain or espada rank, or not.

Bankai: Byakko Ryuugin (Means Silver Wolf, Dragon king. )
Bankai Release Phase: Blind them with Silver Byakko Ryuugin.
Bankai Description:Bankai Description: His Zanpaku-to becomes very large and a small slit in the middle of the blades side. Meaning the blade will leave an empty space in the middle of it. Two dragons will form as the handle guard, and bit down on each others tail. This is has a direct reference to the world serpent from Norse Mythology only with two dragons. When the dragons release each others tail then Kogi has either been defeated, is out of kidou, or has deactivated his bankai.
His Zanpaktou in Bankai form
Bankai Abilities: He retains the Ash effect form the Shikai form. Along with these attacks he has developed with the relationship to Byakko.
Silver wolf blade Technique: The ash wolf will come out of his blade and pursue his opponent. Its fangs can open to a massive level and swallow his opponent whole. Considering the ash effect that it still retains from his Shikai form, it can be deadly. The ash can also suffocate his opponent if he or she stays there too long.
Ash Tornado Technique: Kogi starts by using his Lei style of sword play to draw his sword doing a 360 degree spin. He will then release a large amount of ash as he does so. This ash will then start to spin very quickly and become a tornado that surrounds him. The Ash is moving so fast that it can tear at flesh. In this form he cannot move from where he is standing but he is very well protected. He can change his elevation as long as he does not touch the vortex around him. It is basically a shielding technique. He can use it along with shunpo to get enough time to get a fallen comrade out of the battle zone. He can also use it to capture n opponent within the Tornado. He can then shoot a kidou blast at them, that they can not really dodge considering they would have to go threw the tornado wall to get there. The wall would do a lot of damage as well as His Zanpaku-toes ash sense ability.
Ash Angel Technique: Kogi’s most flashy technique. He enjoys it the most because of how cool it makes him look. Many have said he is trying to look too much like Captain Toshiro Hitsugaya. The ash he creates from his sword is used to make two very large wings on his back. He can make the wings completely cover him without actually touching him. It also can be used to move in front of an opponent to block their vision of him. He then uses that chance to flash step behind them and send a strong Lei style slash at them. If they parry they will have to fly backward which I’ve already said has the ash he left behind. Most of his attacks are meant to get them in contact with the ash from his sword. Byakko’s most valuable effect is slowing down his opponent’s senses, so they eventually become as fast as a snail.
Ash Shield technique: Kogi likes this technique because it basically gives him an edge over his opponent. He will make the ash become as dense as iron, which isn’t very much but that’s the point. Using all the ash he has in his supply he will compress it completely. Then when the opponent slashes the shield well the best word would be ‘Boom’. Kogi has already retreated and when the opponent cuts the shield, the ash he compressed there will explode completely covering them in it. Considering the ash’s effect it can be pretty effective.
Ash blizzard: It’s basically what it sounds like essentially. It’s a more bulky version of what Rangikou does with her ash cat technique. He will create an ash blizzard and considering that ashes effect on an opponent it can be pretty effective. The blizzard has a limit of 15 feet from Kogi.
Final Ash Burial: It’s his strongest Technique, he will get an opponent to come in close, or get in close himself. Then released from his sword will be the remainder of his ash stores. If his opponent is already in full effect of his Zanpaku-to’s ability then they cannot dodge this. He will completely encase them in ash, the effect will be severe, and I’m talking a cocoon of ash. Then he will constrict it to crush their bones. If they survive continuing the fight is not a possibility. They can dodge it, because he needs to be close for the ash to be strong enough to constrict them, but running away isn’t going to help a lot. He can constrict an opponent effectively if they are but 10 feet away.
Slash the dragon king: A simple Silver version of the Heavenly slash used by Ichigo.
History: He committed suicide around the age of 18 because his lover left him for someone else. He did not know that she was forced and when he asked he was told that she had said she could do better. After that Kogi threw himself into countless battles to forget about his long lost love. He eventually was swarmed with the memories of what he had done. On the night of February, 4 1477 he committed suicide in his quarters. Eight Days after his 18 birthday. He lived as a Soul bound spirit that he found was that he was bound to his long lost lover. After she died she became a hollow and tried to kill him. He fought back as best he could until a shimigami showed up and saved him. When they tried to give him a soul burial. He fought back and was eventually detained. When he was sent to the soul society and trained to become a squad member after going threw the academy of course. He got all excellent grades and he learned the Lei Dou style of sword play. He was so skilled in it that he could defeat every enemy he came upon with it. He still trains in the academy awaiting acceptance into the 13 protection squads.
