Dumb people are every where. I have had a few in my shop telling me about the stupidest things they have done. The worst kind of dumb a** is the bigot. I had one in my shop telling me that a woman's place was in the kitchen cooking & being pregnant. I mean he really believed that women couldn't function outside of housework & baby making. He's telling me all this while I am cutting his hair....AND I'M FEMALE!!!! I SO wanted to smack him upside the head with my clippers. stare I mean...How could he spout that nonsense off while a girl is doing his hair & he complains that females are ruining the workforce & they should go back to the kitchens?

He's probably one of those old farts who can't adapt (rather won't adapt) to change. Blindly going along with the change, but don't notice it positively affecting him...

Thankfully I have only had one old guy like that. But NO! This guy was a young guy. Younger than me by a good 10 years. AND he was married....I pity his wife. xp

stare She's probably one of those who thinks it's ok to be oppressed and be used only for popping out babies. Or maybe he's so pissed cause she's the total opposite and going through a divorce!
