He raised a brow slightly as he listened to her. He hadn't expected something like that from a girl, even less form a little girl. "It could work. I mean so long as those adults who believe this is for the best are gotten rid of too."
He knew his own parents would be safe from that. Mother had to only be going along with it for the sake of not letting the blood die completely. "It would have to be done slowly." He nodded. "Without anyone else noticing. Just so one day, and they wont even realize it, the proper ways come back."

She had been thinking about this a lot. Too much, it wasn't healthy.
Bastet listened and nodded.
"I am not sure who to start with and whether we start now or wait. I have spent too long thinking about this but I can't work this bit out. I don't even know how to corrupt them just that we have to." She screwed her face up as she spoke. "Maybe my dreams will tell me." Her dreams hadn't helped her at all recently, in fact they just told her small stupid little things.
"Do you have any ideas?"

He shrugged slightly. "No one else really ever agreed with me except family" But they all seemed fine to live this way so long as it meant they still got to live inside the pride. He didn't think it was right at all.
"Just have to teach'em. The younger ones. Teach them properly but teach them that they have to hide it. Then when there's more of us than them we can take over again." IT woulnd't be something that anyone could do overnight.

"Maybe you should teach them!" She smiled happily as she spoke, yes he should teach them be seemed to have the passion to do so.
"I can round some of the youngsters up, they are all really stupid anyway." It wouldn't take much to round them up, she could lie to them, tell them something random.
"We can change the pride one stupid cub at the time..."

He smirked at that. He liked this girl. She at least wasn't stupid like everyone else (except mama).
"If they're stupid though won't they tell the others what we're doing?" He scrunched his nose at that. His mother wouldn't be happy if he got thrown out for being stupid like that. "They'd have to be cubs we could trust. Otherwise we'd just get in trouble anyway." and it would be 'we'. He'd make sure if he got in trouble she did too

She had no issue with the 'we' part. She would happily get in trouble for it, though she would rather not. The last thing they needed would be to get kicked out the pride.
"Maybe... we could just teach, tell the youngsters stories of the old days? Father does it to me all the time, surely that wouldn't be a problem?" She wasn't sure if the history stories would be enough but she loved listening to them, especially the bit where their regent killed his father. She would never kill her father, it would be a stupid thing to do. She would never say the goddess didn't exist either because that would also be a stupid thing to do as well.

He nodded slightly. "Yea. There's nothing wrong with teaching our past. That way it's never forgotten and they will know what we left behind for ... this" he waved a paw toward the heart of the pridelands. Everyone should know the glory that they once had.

Bastet was in agreement of course.
"Awesome we should start right away. I shall find you again at some point but I know some cubs who need teaching." She smiled and turned, holding her head high she left him. They were going to somehow turn this pride back to how it should be. She would even accept being kicked out though of course if that happened maybe she could track down the others, the ones who turned rogue, they could come back and attack? For a cub, her mind was full of possibilities, even those that seemed stupid and unlikely.
