My Life's Story

I've been rejected and refused,
my heart is bruised,
I have nothing but pain,
but nothing to take it all away,
have to spill out my heart,
on paper, in words, thats my art,
no lights shining through,
no one to talk to,
afraid of being alone,
but I never have it shown,
I keep it concealed,
so you dont know how i feel,
i keep my smile plastered,
the art of concealment, i have it mastered

You are the poet so we can't really say what's missing.
I woudn't change the biginning or the end.
Maybe you can add something it the middle but I again, you are the poet and you know best.
