Didn't Ask.

They didn't ask for it.
They didn't ask to be made helpless.
To have what they knew ripped from them.
To have who they were ripped from them.

They didn't ask to be in an accident.
Didn't ask to pay for a drunkard's miskates.
Didn't ask to have their future torn away.

The pain.
The deppression.
The confusion.
THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR IT.

If THIS is mankind's idea of generosity....

....I'd rather have people selfish.

((Dont make people pay for your mistakes. Dont Drink and Drive))

What If.

Regret.
It's a painful horrible thing.
It haunts you for the rest of your life.
Numbing
yet
Searing
The eternal burning question.
The maddening "What if?"

"What If." is a nice poem. It's different, and short and sweet.

I like your use of italics, bold, underline.

Your poetry is very good. Have you ever thought about getting them published? My favorite is the one called Your love...
It is short but it get's a point across at the same time. Nicely done. Keep doing what your doing. biggrin

I loved "Mountain." That poem reminded me of Shel Silverstein x3 have you ever read his works? Your poems just somehow remind me of his =3
The ending was great, the slight bit of simple humor & logic made it perfect xD
