Does anyone know good movies that have helped to learn español? I have started to watch "Pan's Labyrinth" and I love it. Are there other films that you like in Spanish?

I watch English movies with Spanish subtitles or when watching HBO movies I change the language to Spanish and the caption is in English. It really helps : )

Diarios de Motocicleta (The Motorcycle Diaries)

It's definitely better to watch movies that were originally filmed in Spanish rather than just English movies set to be dubbed in Spanish since watching people's mouths subconsciously is actually really useful in understanding what is being said.

Mmmm, the spanish films are awful, I tell you because I'm from there xd but you can see any film you want in Spanish, because here in Spain we don't see them in original version, but dubbed into Spanish, and the dubbing is really good.
Anyway, if you want to see Spanish films, I recommend you anyone from the directors: Alejandro Amenábar or Álex de la Iglesia (or Almodóvar, but I don't like his movies)

I watched one recently with Penelope Cruz called 'Don't Tempt Me' ... the spanish title is actually 'Sin Noticias de Dios'. It's about heaven and hell fighting for the soul of a boxer. It is actually pretty funny. My favorite part is when the agent from heaven sings a song titled 'I want to be evil'. Anyway check it out. heart
