Should Sasuke become a missing-nin?

	I personally say no cuz missing-nins actually commit a crime and then leave their village and Sasuke didn't do anything ( other than killing Orochimaru and Itachi * sob* he killed Itachi) but both of them are missing-nin so it's okay right? What do you think?
