[[The following RP was done over AIM between Koin (Seaki) and Nyota (Kitsune Mistress Nyoko)]] SeakiKoin was restless. He hadn't seen Nyota in a while - he frowned a bit - he didn't know what to do when the lion wasn't around, really. He was sitting, though he was slumped a bit. It wasn't that he was terribly tired, but being evasive was a bit hard when there were so many lions around.
This spot though, he found a bit of seclusion. Sure, he didn't know what to do when Nyota wasn't around, but he wasn't ready for the younger lion to come back.
His mind flashed back to when they first met. Claws, blood, exauhstion. He shook his head to clear the image.

Nyoko It had been a long time. Weeks, maybe even closer to a month. And he was finally returning home. Maybe he should have sought out his mother first, but he had a more important task to do... He owed someone an apology...
It had taken Nyota a little while to finally spot Koin, but when he did he went straight towards him. It had been a long time since he'd worn only his bone jewelry... Since his cubhood days, in fact. He could only hope the wild dog took it as a good sign.

Seaki One of the Dog's ears flicked, hearing the sound of paw prints and the small hollow echo of bones hitting each other. Red eyes sweeped the land frantically before stopping on the familiar lion.
Nyota, he'd grown since he last say him. Koin shuffled to his feet ans swiveled his head and ears to find a place to hide or escape. A small whimper tore from his throat without his consent - he couldn't find a place to hide!
His body started to shake a little.

Nyoko Nyota couldn't help but feel guilty when he noticed the wild dog shaking, and his ears almost instantly pressed back. And when he was finally in front of the pale canine, he silently bowed his head. Not enough to indicate submission or make other demons suspect him of wrongdoing... But certainly enough to put Koin at ease.

Seaki The slight bow shocked him a bit. His body still shook, but he sat and gave a shaky breath. "W-welcome back," He told the larger lion. He willed his body to stop shaking, and it was slowly working - the past couldn't be erased with a small declination of the head.

Nyoko There was a long moment of silence, during which Nyota could only stare at the earth beneath his paws. He wasn't even sure what to say or how to start... But after a long moment, he finally said something.
"Koin... I have something I want to say..."

Seaki The small dog wated in anticipation when Nyota didn't say anything. He sifted nervously where he sat and let a frown form on his maw. His ear twtched when he heard the lion start to speak. Despite the lion looking down, Koin was still quite shorted then he was - his own head was slightly down, but his eyes gazed up at his Master with curious eyes.

Nyoko "Koin... I'm sorry for everything I've put you through. I was young... Foolish," Nyota said, his ears flattening against his head as he looked away. This was so hard for him to say. To admit to his wrongdoing...

Seaki His frown deepened a little. He didn't understand, why was he apologizing? It was so confusing. He was at a loss. What would he say to that? He scanned his brain to figure out how to respond. "Mm..." He mumbled. It wasn't alright, was it? He was a slave?
He had gotten used to what happened around him though. He had settled. "It's alright, Master." His body had long since stopped shaking, but he knew he was a slave. He didn't know if he could accept it complete yet. But hey, Nyota was his master.

"No, it isn't. Koin, what I did was wrong... And I could spend my entire life trying to make it up to you and not even come close," Nyota replied, shaking his head and turning back towards the wild dog. Behind him, his tail flicking uneasily, the bone jewelry on it clacking together. "I can't set you free... It'd be too suspicious. The entire pride would scorn me... But at the very least, I can make your life easier..."
