What are we doing to help make the guild become more active? Do we have a thread in the guild forums? and if we do then why don't we know about it so we can bump it? I will happily donate gold to go towards contest and such. Do we have contest on a regular basis? I just want to be in a furry guild that is active and this is the most active one in all of gaia and I want to help it in any way I can.

In other active guilds I participate in there are a few threads in the main forums that are like little games.
For instance there is one where you rate the avatar above you on point scale of 10.
and another where you give a random comment about the avatar above you.
and another called the ^>v game ^ - Answers the question of the previous poster
< - something about yourself (random fact, thought, whatever)
v - Question for the next poster.

We really need to give our admins a little kick about the guild's actual set up and all that.
We mods really do nothing more than actually moderate the threads. While we have power to do more than this, we need consent from the guild owners. Is something I have been meaning to talk to them about, since with all the expansion of members and activities the guild could use a bit of construction.
We use to have a lot more direct intersection with the the crew and the members, but when activity dropped so did all our guild based events.

So it's the guild owners who are being lazy? If I was in such a position and I wasn't commited to it I would step down. But maybe thats just me. sweatdrop What is it that we guild members can do to help?

I think if they had actual more spare time they would be more directly involved. The torch of leadership has actually been passed a couple times to try and ensure that there is always someone that is keeping an active hand in the guild. At the moment things are kind of stalled.
I actually had planned to use this weekend to talk with those in charge and do a bit of work on the guild. Unfortunately I got a bit distracted with other matters. X3
We really do need to rework the power structure of this guild. We have a lot of inactive mods.

I think starting up some games would be a good idea. I remember the games Frekuency was talking about and those are pretty fun ^.^
