Special versions of weapons overpowered?

i mean ive been thinking andare special versions of weapons even needed and are they too powerful for the normal weapons standards?

depends what weapon, things like the alien blaster are unique and then you've got others like vengance and ol'painless wich are just more powerful versions of the original weapons,and why would you not want a "to powerfull" weapon anyway? the bigger the better. twisted

I still collect the "overpowered" weapons, but I keep them in my house.

Well, to be perfectly accurate, I do use Ol' Painless and Stabhappy, but the rest are either on my bed or in a dresser. (Or, in the case of the MIRV and alien blaster, in the bath tub.)

Sometimes I just feel like starting a new file off on very hard from the beginning... Once every single weapon you use is unique, it kills the fun, and using normal weapons is still too easy. Well I probably will once i get all the achievements...

I like the sometimes. Imean when they are just more powerful versions of regular guns, they're kinda boring, but when they do something else, its kinda cool.

I only use some of them... mailny i like killing with my mag.
