Maybe thats why dont attack ghouls at all? Like they understand what they go through, or maybe its tribal animal instinct. IDK. (Is a studier of these virtual interesting subjects)

True. Then again, Talon company, Regulators, Raiders, and all Enclave are also humans. The ghouls do have melted minds, but it could be argued that a lot of raiders are only doing what they were raised to do.
