Damn, I ain't been back here in quite some time, and I kinda missed this game! As for that first one of Raven's, I think that's actually Tobli from FFX-2, since he's very well-known for using more words than necessary.

As for the other, that's from the GBA version of FFVI during the South Figaro recon mission. The soldier guarding Celes says that when you take his Old Clock Key.
