O'tep was not happy.
No matter what was going on currently she could not get herself into a nice mood. Not at all. She wasn't sure if it was the hormones or if she was just in a grumpy mood lately. But she was pretty sure that it was the hormones. She did not like being pregnant. She was really not in the mood for something like this at the moment. No, not at all. She was really not taking it happily at all.. she had no clue how Ukoo was so excited about the cubs coming. She knew she wasn't happy about it.
There were so many things running through her mind! She was starting to lose her edge. she didn't pick as many fights with Tariq, and a few nights she spent pretty happy curled up next to him. But she couldn't believe herself. She couldn't give up on her cause... Could she? All she had to do was listen. She was so lost, so confused, it was too hard for her to explain, and right now she found herself wandering around the pride a little more plump then normal and not in a good mood. She had been sleeping a lot and staying in the den, trying to avoid the others but she remembered hearing Ukoo murmur something about spending time together soon. She couldn't turn down her best friend!
She grunted slightly as she pushed herserlf to her feet. She wasn't that sure if she wanted to walk... no she couldn't walk any more she had to waddle out of the den. Her small frame was full of cubs. She was not used to the extra weight, and she was more than sure that she was sore for that reason. She made her way outside and looked around. Her eyes taking a bit to adjust to the light. she was really hoping that no one saw her other than Ukoo and said something to her. She still wasn't afraid to fight anyone.

Ukoo was happy. She was happier than she had been in ages. Since she had to leave her other three cubs alone. Since she had been brought to this new home. This made her happy, the life swelling inside her. She loved it, loved the concept and the care that would soon come forth. She was born to be a mother. She was born to be a perfect slave.
She carried her massive belly with pride. She, also being a small bodied female like her sister, showed the pregnancy well. A rounded belly and a warm glow to her cheeks. She was thrilled. And they were her masters. She was doing all she could to gain his approval. Perhaps this was it.
Ukoo was outside the den clipping dried grass again. So she could make the nests for her and O'teps upcoming litters. She had a large pile started, she had been working all morning it seemed. The fragrant grass was drying in the sun as Ukoo hummed pleasantly. Her seer dreams had slowed, but had shown her two things last night. Two very important things.
Six cubs would come forth through her womb. And she knew how many her friend was carrying.

O'tep grumbled a bit as she dragged her way to the front of the den. Growling slightly as the sun hit her eyes. Gosh, everything was bothering her that day. It took her a moment before she examined the area around her as her eyes adjusted it. She huffed slightly before her 'sister' caught her eye. She chuckled slightly before she wandered toward her friend and nudging her slightly with a smile on her face. She stretched her limbs before wandering over to Ukoo and nudging her softly with a small smile on her face.
"You're crazy to be loving this Ukoo." Her voice was a grumble as she swiped at some of the grass that Ukoo had not gotten to yet. She dug her claws in and out of the soil for a moment before glancing at her sister. "I'm really not liking this, and cubs. God." She huffed before carefully lowering herself down on her haunches. To her it sucked a lot, then again O'tep was never a mother, she didn't know what any of this was like and how it truthfully was worth it in the end. But O'tep was still pretty Naive to the thought she was still getting over the idea that all males were scum!
She looked at her sister before plucking up just a few peices of grass out of boredom and adding them to the pile. They were going to be her cubs too. "When does this end Ukoo?" she grumbled again. Hopefully Ukoo was used to O'tep grumpy ness by now. It had been going on for a while.

Ukoo had done all this before on her own, she she felt pretty happy to be doing it with such a close friend. She had birthed her three older cubs on her own in a rain storm, under ferns only to raise her head and see her king staring at her approvingly. Those were tough days.
But those days were over. She was happy. She was appreciated and cared for. She had others to care for now. This was one of the happiest moments she had in a long while. She lifted her head to see her waddling sister. "Not crazy. Thrilled. O'tep... cubs... I haven't had cubs since-" I was taken away from my old home she finished the words in her head. "-since I last saw them." She said simply, looking at the pile she had made. "You'll like them once they come... it's wonderful O'tep... simply wonderful!"
She smiled. She beamed. She was elegant and over weight.
"it'll end soon I imagine... but it'll happen when it happens... nothing new about that... when the gods decide is when the gods decide..." She said with a chuckle. "This time will be different... I'll have 6 cubs rather than 3..." She said boldly, wondering if her sister would question further.

O'tep was pretty sure that she was in a bad mood, she hoped to death that she didn't scare Ukoo, or make her mad. She didn't want to do that to her best friend, the only person that she could see to close as a sister. She was pretty sure that she must have looked like a monster compared to her friend.
She looked at the pile to before making a small face. Her friend must of veen crazy then again she could be wrong. She wasn't that sure. "But." She made a face worming around a bit and a pout spreading across her face. "But what if I doooonnn't" She mumbled quietly before huffing slightly. "Maybe they will hate me." She huffed then slipped down on her belly as gently as she could. She didn't want to hurt the cubs even though she was grumbling about them.
"Argh. I want them to get out of me now." She huffed a bit before she turned toward her friend then nodded before stopping for a moment and arching her brow. "How do you know there is going to be three?"

Ukoo giggled. Being that this was her second time she was guessing it would be way easier this time. She was excited and had even seen most of them in her dreams, running and playing. She was so happy. Settling back for a rest, panting slightly she laughed. "O'tep... they will love you. You are mother and mother is god in the eyes of a child."
"And no... i'll be having more than my... my last litter." She said. "I will be having six. I even saw your little ones O'tep... do you want me to tell you?

O'tep looked at Ukoo for a moment before shaking her head, she moved toward her friend and nuzzled her before getting a little closer. She wasn't that sure of what to think of these cubs coming, she would have been fine if it was her friend oh she really would have been fine, but nope the gods decided that she was supposed to have cubs too. She grumbled at the idea before looking at her friend and laughing light heartedly. "Well... Alright Alright." She flicked her tail around before glancing at her stomach she still wasn't that sure but she was going to go with it. "I kind of wish that he wasn't the dad but..." Her voice trailed for a moment before shaking her head for a moment.
She looked at her sister before cocking her head to the side. "Really? That's a lot." She laughed half heartedly before looking at her. "How many?" SHe blurted out a little curious herself. Well she did want to know what she was going to be instore for once they came.

[16:45] splitpersonalityumo: Ukoo giggled at her sister. She knew that O'tep wasn't fond of Tariq in any way, but it was how this pride ran. "But... if they weren't his... they wouldn't be accepted very well by him." She said simply, looking down at her own belly. "And he wouldn't like that..." She added, looking back up. "You my sister... will have five." She said with a grin. "I haven't told tariq so it can be a secret..." She smiled "Between us."
[16:47] lakota.island: O'tep shrugged slightly at the idea. "If they're weren't his I cou..." Her voice trailed at the moment and she looked at her sister. She couldn't leave Ukoo behind, no matter how much she wanted to get out of here. she smiled slightly before blinking slightly. "Oh my..." Her voice trailed before looking back at her sister. "Thats going to be a pain in the a**."
[16:49] splitpersonalityumo: She let loose a laugh that was sweet as rain water. "That isn't that many... not really... being that I am here to help and so is Orah and Wey... they can help too..." She said looking at her paws. "When I gave birth to my first three... I was alone in their raisings." She paused. "I had to raise them after I couldn't remember my own family..." She looked up. "or how they raised me..." She coughed. "But now... I have help and a family... that makes me happy."
[16:51] lakota.island: O'tep pawed at the ground before letting out a small sigh. "Alright..." She sighed slightly before then nodding. "Den's gonna be cramped for a while." She chuckled slightly before shifting her feet. She looked at her sister before smiling once more. "As long as everything is going to be alright." She murmured quietly
[16:55] splitpersonalityumo: Ukoo laughed, looking around. "Yes... but it means more things to snuggle with... Oh O'tep. Oooh." She grinned wider. "cubs... I am so happy. I haven't had cubs to hold and snuggle for sooo long." She shuffled a bit of hay around. "I am so excited O'tep.."
[16:58] lakota.island: O'tep chuckled slightly before nudging her sister and closing her eyes before grinning and nodding toward her. "I'm sure I'll get used to it." She said chuckling slightly before closing her eyes. She nodded. "I'm excited too..." Her voice trailed, she was pretty sure that she was more happy for her sister
[17:00] splitpersonalityumo: Ukoo beamed at O'tep. "really? You really are excited about them? I didn't see your babies... but I saw them playing with you... just black forms... but I saw them" She said, beaming. "I am so happy... so so happy... I wish.. I wish my family could see me now..." She paused for a moment. "I wish I could see my boys and my girl... see how big they are."
[17:08] lakota.island: O'tep looked at the lioness before nodding a bit. "I am sis." She chuckled slightly before nudging her and nodding once more, licking her 'sister's' cheek then smiling softly. "You did? Wow..." She ws a little surprised at that. "Maybe your children will wander this way one day..." She smiled.
[17:11] splitpersonalityumo: Ukoo grinned. "I see many things." She said simply, pulling up some more grass and laying it on a pile. She wobbled over and began to pull up some more. "Maybe... but I don't know. I left them in a dream, so they don't know where I went... I don't know. I have no clue how to get back..."
[17:14] lakota.island: O'tep sighed slightly before looking up a the sky then back at her friend. "You never know. They might come back..." she smield slightly once more before letting out a small yawn. "You have me and the cubs that are coming..."
[17:16] splitpersonalityumo: Ukoo looked to her sister and couldn't help but get emotional. "O'tep... your going to make me cry..." She said, sniffling and rubbing her paw over her eyes. "Your gonna make me upset..." She said, lifting her red eyes so she wouldn't cry. "I feel like I am trully home"
[17:30] lakota.island: O'tep looked at her blinking slightly getting a little upset herself. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to Ukoo." She pawed at her a few times before nudging her softly. "Oh... So you're happy?" She blinked a bit before arching a small brow. "Then why are you crying?" She asked curiously wondering why she would be crying if she was happy, she never have done that before
[17:31] splitpersonalityumo: Ukoo laughed. "I am crying because you are my family..." She said, looking at Otpe with a smile. "You are my family now.. and I am glad of it!" She sniffed and rubbed her cheeks. "Darn hormones are getting to me."
[17:54] lakota.island: O'tep looked at her before smiling softly and nodding to her. "Alright, we are family." She smiled before nudging her before licking her cheek. "We should get a nap hum? Before Tariq comes back?"

[18:25] Umo: Ukoo chuckled and stood up, grabbing a mouthful of grass. She nodded, waddilng back towards the densite with a smile and a sway.
