I was on a site one night, and I got linked to this furry yelling and getting angry about furry haters.
I just lol'd a bit, and then it ended, and I went though the rest of his videos like, "Lulz, I bet there's more".
I came across a video of a couple of his friends dancing in fursuits, and I thought it was really cute.

I ended up looking up more videos of people in fursuits, and by the end of the night, I was checking prices on them.

So in one night I went from furryindeniallolfurfags to, "Gee, I wonder what my fursona would be."

Along time ago, I stumbled onto a website called soappuppy while searching for anubis/wolf pics on the internets. And I saw yiff arts that made me go eek . Then immediately I was hooked on it, so I explored more into the furry world of yiffs, and I was lost in it. So then I heart it, and proud to be furry/furfag whatever.

mmm well when i wa sin 9 grade my friend was allways drawing yiffi male to male or girl on girl..lol..i always loved them he was really cool at drawing them..lol..but i never new what they were till on day someone said "bur in hell fur f**" i kinda lost it i beat the guy up..and then my friend said do u know what he called me.. i go noo not really but you looked down and turned red wen he said it..lol..so he explained to me what he was and what yiffing and other stuff were lol and on our way home we went to a pet store and i bought hi a collar lol to say thanks for being my friend and wen i got home for the hell of it i put it on and i loved it x3 next day i went to school with it x3 hehehe my friends was like super happy x3lol he was in gaia he was in another guild jajaja he left so i decided to quit that guild my old name was Wolf D. Zek lol then i saw a bunny girl and i followed he link here x3 so ta da x3....now im a proud ...furry..f** lord what were called x3

No offense, but don't capitalize every single word in a sentence unless you are writing for titles and that's only one line you're doing.

Lower case letters were designed to make it faster and easier for the eyes to flow over the text. Using capitals throughout interrupts the flow and making it a small type results it making it difficult to read.

I was a freshman in highschool. I went to my art class and we had to make these boxes that represented us. This girl across the room had snake skins and skulls on hers, and I've always loved snakes. So I went over and talked to her. We became best friends and then she told me about how she was a furry. Her fursona was Onai and she was a folf. She and I created my fursona Zenzi together that year. It wasnt until earlier this year that I really started stepping out and trying to make furiends other than her.

I always saw myself with a lupine personality. I don't remember ever 'realizing' it, I just always did. I didn't get the internet until I was around 14 and I'd been drawing my fursona for years before that. ^_^ I accidentally stumbled into furry art on Elfwood, where I found a name for what I was and found out that I wasn't quite as messed up as I'd previously thought. (You know. Or everyone else is messed up with me. whee )

I think people need to get in the habit of typing at least somewhat correctly online. No l33t speak in every sentence. Proper punctuation. No run on sentences. proper spelling. Stuff like that. This isn't towards anyone in particular, just everyone.

I was into nekomimi and kemonomimi, cat girls, animal girls. I created a fully furred catboy character, encouraged by a friend of mine who had a furry feline fursona. Later on a friend told me what I had was a fursona, and invited me to meet some local furries. I was also looking at catgirl pr0n and discovered furry pr0n. The rest is history.

Mine goes back quite a ways, around the 13-14 year old point. I loved books with furry characters in them (The original Magic the Gathering: Legends Cycle books by Clayton Emery were among my favorites...Still are, now that I think about it.) That started it all. Then, when I was a freshman in high school, I was looking up pictures of a timber wolf for a pointillism project, and stumbled across a piece by Lioness, the timber wolf girl with the bright red top and bikini style bottom, with a simi transparent cloth draped around her waist. Needless to say, it intreged me, so I started looking for more. Surprisingly, I didn't find adult work until much later XD

Then, after a few months, I saw this guy that had an "I <3 Furries"" banner here on Gaia. Then, it changed to a banner for the AFG. I checked it out, and the rest is history ^_^

I had also been writing stories with furry characters long before that fateful art project ^_^

I have actually been a huge fan of anthropomorphic animals since I was a wee little one, but I did not stumble across the fandom till I was jr high. I will admit it, came across it while looking up cartoon porn and was amazed to even find other out there that shared my level of interest in these characters.
