Photoshop CS3 Brushes deleted

For some reason, Photoshop decides to delete all my brushes. -_- And goes back to the default ones. When this happens, I get so upset ; Anyone know how to solve this problem?

That happened to me once. Don't know why... =/

I have all my brushes on my external hard drive along with fonts, textures, and other photoshop things I download.

My advice is to back everything up... sorry that's not much help. I know it gets /really/ irritating. gonk

It just happened to me last night. Re-downloaded a few, and the next day they are gone again.

-You mean a flashdrive? How would you save brushes into that? I have textures saved as images into my computer. I have no idea how to save textures into photoshop. My patterns don't get deleted either. Its just the brushes. x_x

Flashdrive is another word for it. 3nodding

You can save almost anything on your flashdrive. Brushes included. Just make a folder with the brushes in it. (.abr file I think...)

I looked around yahoo.answers since that's where I get most my problems solved... hopefully one of these will help:
