This is New York, there are leaves everywhere! wink

As for chores, I do the dishes . . . which I HATE!
But I like cleaning other things . . . just not dishes.

You live in NY?! You're just one state away from me!! ^_^

I don't like doing the dishes either. whee
But I realized that I don't mind it soooo much if I listen to music while doing it. (Thankfully mom does it all the time so I don't really need to anymore but back when I was going to HS and would come home earlier than anyone in the house I was expected to do those kinds of chores.

When I lived with my aunt she always had me doing all the chores. scream

^_^ I went to NY just this weekend with my mom to do some shopping. And we know the store owners (the ones we went to) and I kept hearing the same thing about Phillies vs Yankees. XD Being from PA I heard we lost.
Awe!! That must have stunk. sad Were you there for long?

I think my mom watched that game . . . I didn't, not my thing.

I was trapped there for 2 years. gonk

Yeah same. ^_^ Then again I'm not into watching any sports to be honest (but I enjoy playing some).
2 years?! That must have been a real pain. Did you have cousins (other kids your age?) or just you? If it was just you then it must have been nice, company can be nice but living with my cousins for two years...I think if we're around the same age it might be OK but if not then it might be a bit tough. (Since you typically didn't grow with them there 24/7 like a sibling.)

I don't like cleaning( if you magicly saw my room in some way, you would know what I mean). As for leaves, I love looking at them. the problem with them when I lived in the southern U.S.(TX, more acurettely), I sometimes found SQURPIONS(underneath, I mean)! I'm the only one in my house who has not been stung.

I only like cleaning when I'm in the mood.
The for that hour or two that I go into cleaning mood I get all OCD about it, everything has to be cleaned.
But as soon as that mood passes I hate cleaning again. xD;

As for yard work, I hate it.
It's usually during the summer that I have to pull weeds and do yardwork so it's FREAKING HOT.
So I hate it.
Hate, hate, hate.

I spent time with my cousin Megan, she's only a few months younger.

lol Me and my sister learned that the hard way last year. Normally we have some fun and well my dad raked up a few leaves. Sure did look soft and fluffy from the outside. We jumped and hit the floor (and each other) so hard!

lol I tried helping my mom with weeds around the flowers in the summer and it really hurts your back.

My mum enjoys gardening and looking after the yard so I don't really get made to do anything out there, but sometimes I offer to mow the lawn because she has a ride on lawn mower. xD Needless to say, I just ride around chopping the grass randomly and then she goes and fixes it.

I'm a bad weed puller.
I sit on the ground pulling out a patch around me, then when I get all the ones within arm's reach I move to pull out another patch.
We don't get GIANT ones so I just pull them out with a little shovel.

Custom:
If my mom had a ride on lawnmower I would offer to mow too.
But I don't even have a lawn and my frontyard isn't even big enough to ride a bike in, I'm not even going to try lawnmower. >>
