Question about latest Atlantis ep. (The Eye)

I missed the last 60 seconds of the episode -- my recording stopped. 0_o So I wondered if they explained what happened to the small group of Tayla's people that were told to stay in the puddle jumper?

If they didn't, does that mean they were fried when the electricity was run through the city (since they weren't in the control room)?

I think Teyla fought Sora and won or something and dragged her into the gate room... It's been a long time since I saw it... I'm already at the Siege part 2 (brilliant episode by the way biggrin )
