Anyone else have bald sims? (Sims 3)

When I downloaded and started to play The Sims 3, i had to take my graphics card back a patch... no idea why. It was a hassle at first and was completely retarded >_< Maybe it's something stupid like that lol I couldn't figure it out but im so glad my b/f is a computer nerd, he figured it out in like 2 minutes.. while i was spending 2 days trying to figure out what the freak was wrong hahaha
