During "Ask and Admin" last week, Lanzer mentioned the tobacco ban was not the result of the admin's decision, and that apparantly they are working on getting the issue "Resolved". This happened two or three years ago with the Cards game, when "Mothers Against Having Fun" sued gaia for promoting gambling to children under 13 years of age. They took cards down for awhile while Gaia was dealing with legal issues. Some of my details may be spotty, but I am about 98% certain is was the group "Mothers Against Having Fun".

yup apparently everyone complained loudly and it conflicted with the core values of many users (freedom of expression etc etc) so they brought 'em back and apologised.
