My Game keeps crashing.

Once again, my game is starting to crash again. I have every EP, so I have the Apartment Life Loading screen. Once I get to "Making a little big of Magic" I get a notice that 'The application has crashed. The application will now terminate"
Should I just copy my files and save them into a backup folder, then reinstall the game? I really don't want to lose all of my files.
Help?

I'd try taking your custom content files out and then running the game first. If it loads then it's something in your downloads.
