1=ichii(eechee)
2=ne(knee)
3=san(like sand without the d)
4=she(duh, she)
5=go(do i have to tell you how to pronounce that one?)
6=roku(row-coo)
7=nana(na-na)
8=hachi(hot chee)
9=kyu(key-you)
10=joo(jew)

Katagana is usually the writing used for if a Japanese word sounds like the English word, but there are exceptions to if it is written.
Hiragana is the common writing for Japanese words.
Romaji is English lettering but how to say it in Japanese.

Katagana = Hiragana = Romaji = English

一 = いち = ichi = one
二 = に = ni = two
三 = さん = san = three
四 = よん or し = yon or shi = four (よん or し is used depending on context)
五 = ご = go = five
六 = ろく = roku = six
七 = しち or なな = shichi or nana (seven works in the same way four does)
八 = はち = hachi = eight
九 = きゅう = kyuu = nine (the two 'u' make a longer 'u' sound)
十 = じゅう = jyuu = ten

after ten you can add tem together to make the rest of the numbers:
十一 = じゅういち = juuichi = eleven
十二 = じゅうに = juuni = twelve
十三 = じゅうさん = juusan = thirteen
十四 = じゅうし = juushi = fourteen
十五 = じゅうご = juugo = fifteen
十六 = じゅうろく = juuroku = sixteen
十七 = じゅうしち = juushichi = seventeen
十八 = じゅうはち = juuhachi = eighteen
十九 = じゅうきゅう = juukyuu = nineteen
二十 = にじゅう = nijuu = twenty
二十一 = にじゅういち = nijuuichi = twenty one
二十二 = にじゅうに = nijuuni = twenty two (etc.)
三十 = さんじゅう = sanjuu = thirty
四十 = しじゅう = yonjuu = forty
五十 = ごじゅう = gojuu = fifty
