Domefae sat at the entrance to his father's den, thinking. Possibly a dangerous occupation for a cub, but he needed to do it. The tournament would start soon, and Father was participating in it. His uncles too. Grandmother was worried, and so was he. He knew he shouldn't be, because of the rules and the fact Father was strong...
But he couldn't help but worry. Domefae sighed silently, looking up at the great volcano. What changes were to come?

Levana stretched out, she had taken a quick nap near by where the den was. She had started to head back in the direction. She still hadn't been all that social with the others since she was taken there. She still wondered about her mother, but knew better to ever say anything. This was her life.
As she got closer to where her fathers den was, her eyes landed on her brother. She never talked to much with him, strangely enough. She enjoyed her alone time.
"Dome? What are you doing sitting out here?" Levana was also still oblivious to a lot of the ways of the pride. She had no idea what tournament was going to be coming, often off in her own little world.

Dome started a bit, then turned to his sister. What was he doing out here? He smiled slightly and tapped one of his temples. 'Thinking.' And then puffed himself up, so he looked big and fatherly. 'About Father.'
Though he spoke no words, his motions and intentions generally got through clear enough for the basics. The only ones who understood his silence perfectly so far were his Father, Grandmother, and Yakuti.
