![User Image](https://i351.photobucket.com/albums/q478/misfittbaby/chocolate-decadence-valentines-day-.jpg) Chocolate Decadence.
◆ Ingredients ✖ 4 tbsp. butter, plus extra for pan ✖ 3/4 cup evaporated milk ✖ 2 cups sugar ✖ 1/2 tsp. salt ✖ 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows ✖ 1 tsp. vanilla extract ✖ 1 12-oz. bag semisweet chocolate chips
◆ Instructions ✖ Butter an 8-inch square baking pan. In a heavy 2-quart saucepan, combine the butter, milk, sugar and salt and stir over low heat until the butter has melted. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the miniature marshmallows until they have fully melted. Stir in the vanilla extract. Then slowly pour in the chocolate chips, stirring as you go, until the mixture is smooth.
✖ Turn the mixture into the buttered pan and smooth out with a plastic spatula, if necessary. While the fudge is still warm, score it into 16 squares. Once the fudge has cooled fully (which can take at least an hour), cut it into squares with a sharp knife. For heart-shaped pieces, gently press a mini heart-shaped cookie cutter onto each square and remove excess. Makes 16 2-inch squares (or slightly smaller hearts).

![User Image](https://i351.photobucket.com/albums/q478/misfittbaby/bake-a-raspberry-tart-recipe-photo-.jpg) Raspberry Tarts.
◆ Ingredients ✖ 3 cups all-purpose flour ✖ 5 egg yolks ✖ 1 cup butter, softened ✖ 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar ✖ 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract ✖ 2 egg whites, lightly beaten ✖ 1/3 cup ground walnuts ✖ 1 1/2 cups seedless raspberry jam
◆ Instructions ✖ In a large bowl, mix the flour, egg yolks, butter, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla extract, then knead until it forms a soft dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
✖ On a floured surface, roll the dough to 1/8 inch thick. Cut a heart for the bottom of the cookie sandwich, and a heart with a smaller heart cut in it for the top. Brush the tops with the egg whites. Mix the walnuts with the 2 tablespoons of sugar and sprinkle on the cookie tops. Place on an un-greased cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool.
✖ Spread the bottom hearts with a layer of jam and put the tops on. Makes about 26.
