The white and dark green lioness was lying near the entrance of the den. Nasha wasn't here at the moment, as she was out with Zulaica, running errands or whatever else Yusi had wanted them to do. She didn't know and she had learned not to ask.
As the sunlight hit her fur, she was basking in the warmth that it gave her. She hadn't been plagued with visions for a while, not since the last one about the cubs. That thought made her smile and fill with glee. Oh yes, she'd have the upper paw over the dark lioness and that was something she cherished. Anything to have over the lioness was good.
She was lost in thought as she didn't hear the approach of Yusri coming in the direction of the den.

Today had been a rather tiring day, but not in the physical sense but in the mental sense. Yusri had spent the day getting to know some of the other pads and was slightly disturbed by some of the newer ones. There were a few, but some of them hit him on the wrong note, but he would never voice such an opinion since it was just that. An opinion. But he would give the newer pads the benefit of the doubt that they just not had time to get to learn their ways.
He was making his way back to his den slowly when he noticed the familiar white and green figure. Ah, Elarinya. Her name made his face light up. What a beauty he had captured.
It was on this day that he had decided amongst his Banus who would be his Beybanu. He knew at the bottom of his heart this would be for the best. As much he cherished his newest Banu, she just didn't have the right mindset for the heavy task of being his Beybanu. She was still too wild, her heart and mind were still so corrupt from the outside influences that it would take too long for him to make her into his Beybanu. Why waste all that effort on a female when he had another who was already willing to be molded into that position? Zulaica was more than willing to step up and into that position. He knew the female wanted it so why not reward her with it? She was born of the pride and had not been tainted from the outside.
As he approached Elarinya, he dipped his head towards her to touch her cheek. "My Elarinya, I must be spoiled with you waiting here to greet me."

Shaken from her train of thought by her pad, Elarinya felt her face heat up slightly in embarrassment. She turned her head to look at her pad. Not wanting to skip the proper etiquette she greeted him, "Welcome back, Yusri. I hope your day went well with the other Pads." If he was happy then things would be well in the harem.
Of course she didn't know how this was going to turn out but at least she could hope right? "Nasha and Zulaica are both out with some other Banus right now and should be back shortly. I stayed here to keep things nice and tidy for you."
