I think...that the U.S should have come to there help as soon as they heard about the disater at Haiti. Why did they make Haiti suffer for a week? Ugh. It sickens me. all the people who did come where the news people and they didn't do anything but blab on that they need help. -.-

I think the U.S. can do more for Haiti. They are just holding back by not really taking it serious. The last serious issue was Hurrican Katrina...the U.S. is definitely not doing much in my opinion neutral

Deluxe Dark Angel agree, its better to take action than talk every thing away thats what the government always does... but they are giving a lot more relief attention than the Bush administration

i really does make me sad seeing some of the news reports that talk about the victims and such but it disgusts me that we arnt putting everything weve got towards helping the people of Haiti.
My school just raised 2783 dollars to send to Haiti and i wish every school in the united states would do so to
biggrin

... I support helping impoverished, and tragedy struck nations, but the way you people are going on about it... Since when is Haiti The United states(or any other nation for that matter.) responsibility? You want to get them help start your own damn charity fund like temp's school has done.

Mkay I guess I am going to be the hated one here
Here is my pitch...
Ok I believe yes we should help Haiti if we can afford it... instead of schools helping out another country why dont we help out our country.... we need it also.
Yes I know that they are in need and a natural disaster hit....but sit there and thik about it .....what countries would help us if that happened to us.... Im pretty sure Haiti wouldn't....
Haiti gets plenty of money from other countries because they dont have any resources of their own...
Also you should do some research as I have done myself and I have foud where most of the citizens of that country sell their children...
Now back to this yes I believe in helping others in their time of need... but aren't we in need...isn't our economy breaking down before us.... maybe we should rethink our motives...
