As time went by people began to forget one by one, until all that was left was a myth, but this myth is nothing short of the truth. Among the people of Earth dwell magnificant beings of light disguised by human imperfections, and destructive beings of darkness that were once human but for whatever reason sold their soul to Hades. The Gods had no other way of protecting the people from Hades and his minions then by being with them, which brings us to the begining of this story.


This RP is basically a modernized version of Hercules: Hades trying to take over the world, and the Gods stopping him.

Adelaide looked at her feet as she walked down the dark street, ignoring the chill going down her spine. Today was one of those days she couldn't just run away from. Hades had specifically asked her to retrieve something for him from her old town, where there were so many dear memories that turned bitter since that day. The scene would play over and over again, always pausing at the look of horror her mother gave her when she found out Adelaide's secret, and then everyone elses disgusted faces when they saw her walk by. The possibility of running into one of them made her nervous but one way or another she had to do it anyways, so she chose to do it dead in the night, when she hoped everyone would be asleep.
