The Point System, Missions, and Training
Every intern starts with 0 points, obviously. Interns gain points through training, passing missions, and following instructions. The superhero may reward more points to the intern for performing well and may dock points for being unprofessional. Basically, give some, get some.
Interns gain a maximum of 25 points, and every 5 points gained is an increase in level. A warning: this is easier than it sounds, for the points are earned with hard work. Nothing here is served on a silver platter. Here is the breakdown:
LEVEL 1: BASIC 0-5 points
LEVEL 2: INTERMEDIATE 6-10 points
LEVEL 3: ADVANCED 11-15
LEVEL 4: EXPERT 16-20
LEVEL 5: SIDEKICK 21-25
Now, you may notice that SUPERHERO isn’t a level. That’s because to become a full-fledged superhero, the intern must pass a test set by their respective trainers. Depending on the superhero, the intern may or may not be warned whether they are testing for their final or not, but they MUST advise their trainer that they wish to become a superhero so they can set up something for them. After this, the intern is a superhero!
Training has a small point value, but every little bit helps. They are set up by the superhero and may be individual or team. Training may include sparring, running small missions, endurance tests, etc. at the discretion of the superhero. Missions, on the other hand, are a huge deal. They account for major point value and are also created at the discretion of the superhero.
What do I do once I become a Superhero? Superheroes also participate in the RP in various ways: taking on interns, overseeing operations, or battling crime. If a superhero wants to be a trainer, he or she must be active in one of the two mentioned above. If you are good and active RPer, it may take less time than say someone who is hardly active. Again, give some, get some.

For the Superheroes with interns As you may have well noticed, the point system is key. Every superhero will be in charge of 3 -4 interns, depending on the superhero. Every week, he or she will need to PM me the most up-to-date points for every intern so I can update it in the front page. That is the only way the interns will found out how they are doing so far. If they ask, just say to check the front page. Also, if there are any issues with the interns, it is up to you to act accordingly and NOT abuse the power given. Superheroes can only award points to their own interns, but are allowed to give recommendations for other interns, be it adding points, leveling up, or getting individual missions.
For the interns Once the interns arrive, they will be assigned to a floor that is strictly for the interns of a certain superhero. For example, Static's interns will all be in the same floor, Nightwing's in their floor, etc. etc. Interns will need their key card handy at all times because the key card will give them access to use the elevator and open your room. If ever an intern needs to get to the basement for some reason, they must notify any superhero because only their higher access key cards will open the basement.
