How do you make certs?

Trying to start up a pet shop and finding workers is slow so does anyone know how to make certs and could help me out please?

If you can make thread layouts, you should be able to make certs. I thought you didn't know how to make graphics.

What program are you using?

Yeah I can make graphics. I've had a shop for about two years now... Right now I'm using Photoshop CS4. Upgraded from 7 and I'm attempting to learn to harness the awesomeness of the program ^^;
