Name's Meaning: Japanese for "Secretive; Reserved"

Temporary:
- The ability to make him or himself able to hide really well in naturally occurring cover such as shrubbery, mist, or shadows.
- The ability to enhance some form of natural coverage. The limit to this is that it must already exist - so he could make fog thicker, make shadows grow, etc, but it would be limited to being within a certain distance of himself.
- The ability to mask the noise of passage so that he or another SoA can walk around in complete silence without being detected
Permanent: He can erase the "presence"/"existence" of an SoA--basically, make them invisible. Others are aware of these SoA, but completely ignore them and overlook them. For example, like someone you acknowledge is there, but don't really care to bother with a glance or say hello--like someone out the corner of your eye but you don't really 'give a damn', so to speak. It is a blessing and a curse.
Description
Eyes: Colored a "bright" dark violet (neon? the eye appears to glow); has a scar over his left eye (and the left eye is closed shut due to the scar); scar is shaped like a blade was stabbed into the eye and pulled out; has bangs over his eyes, casting a shadow
Face: Except for the eyes, the entire bottom part of his face is wrapped in dark blue cloth (like a ninja!)
Ears: Has a gold cuff on his right ear; a small chain that ends with a kunai-shaped charm
Hair: The hair is colored black/ebony, and is pulled into a high ponytail that ends in a long braided trail to the ground, falling over his right shoulder (bright red hairband or bandage thing to have it held up in the ponytail)
Body: Basic body fur is colored black
Neck: Wears a dark blue almost black scarf, ragged and tattered
Back: Has faded dark blue bandages wrapped around the tail; Has six scars across his back (almost looks like stripes--slightly jagged: SLIGHTLY!)
Front Legs: Left front leg has tattered, faded dark blue bandages around his left front leg, and right front leg is wrapped in dark blue bandages (not tattered)
Back Legs: Has tight, neatly wrapped dark blue bandages on his back legs
Front Paws: Wears gold cuffs that look like something that 'binds' (has a ghostly/see-through faded silver chain connecting them)
Wings: Single Set, Colored Black, but are slightly faded/see-through; are "tattered" looking, almost kind of like a "cape"--large enough to engulf his body for "hiding" (but his body can still be seen); feathers fade into a dark blue almost ebony color
Tail: Also wrapped in dark blue bandages and stops an inch or two short of the tail tuft (colored black)

History: Born into the shadows, he remains in the shadows, opting to keep his existence nonexistent. He has no memory of his parents, nor of whether he had any relatives--and he has no care to know if he has always been alone, if his family was killed, or if he was abandoned. He hides a dark heart filled with longing and loneliness, and trudges about in hiding. A specialist at stealth, he seems almost a ghost--one feels he is there, but when one looks over his or her shoulder, he isn't there. He harbors no particular through, for being who he is, he is a servant, and yet, he isn't a servant. If he is betrayed, he, too, will turn his back upon the one who betrayed him... and the devastation that follows isn't something one wants to see.

- Rain of Feathers: pretty straight-forward! Basically, she conjures feathers out of thin air and they just flutter about in the wind--like RAIN. Will disappear when she leaves. She often uses this ability during times of happiness or celebrations.
- Feather Knowledge: Basically, Tsukazi can take one look at a single feather and know instantly who it belongs to--however, she only has knowledge of who, and cannot track them down.
- Feathery Growth: This is an ability that lasts up to 3 days. Often used on mortals who upset and/or piss off Tsukazi--it's pretty much a practical joke kind of power, where the mortal suddenly gains a... feathery... growth. The feathers will be replaced by more feathers if removed from said mortal--all feathers, however, will vanish after 3 days.
Permanent Power: Gifting a mortal with one--and ONLY one--of her many, highly valued feathers that adorn her personal body to contact her any time they wish--preferably in times of need or troubles. They are special feathers and are Tsukazi's personal signature of her presence.
Concept: Tsukazi is bascially just that--a lioness with lots of feathers. Her wings are more feathery-like than the other lions, and slightly bigger, multi-colored with red, green, purple, and blue. Her basic coat is black with silver-touched paws and a silver feather imprint on her rump. Along her tail is an array of small feathers stringed together, going red-green-purple-blue, etc. Her mane and tail are colored dark blue with the tips and ends dipped in forest green. The mane is a long, single braid that falls over her shoulder. She wears a stringed, mini-feather yellow necklace with a big, golden feather as the pendant around her neck. Around her front paws are the same thing, only anklets. On her back paws are stringed, mini-feather grey anklets with a silver feather pendant. She has two different colored eyes; one eye is green, the other eye is violet.
History: A friendly goddess who specializes in feathers, she left her home mostly for adventure. She is kind and polite to all except for those who cannot seem to understand the meaning of kindness, and then she becomes ferocious. She was "born" amongst a paradise of birds, from a feathered nest. Her parents were two giant paradise birds, the "king" and "queen" of the feathered heaven. How she came to be a lioness, only her "parents" knew, and she has never asked why. But she has been revered, and although she appreciates the worshiping, she is a modest creature by nature, and refuses, rather, dislikes with a passion, if creatures address her in a certain way (over abundance of respect, for example).
