Existing Overlapping Domains: Death, Dreams (due to one of her temporary powers), The Drowned (since they died), Hardships, Peace (she helps to bring peace to the deceased and those they left behind), Sleep (due to her temporary powers).
Physical Description: Female.
Eyes: Both golden brown, one with an emerald "chip" in it.
Wings: Large, black and white avian. Reference
Pelt: Mostly white with black accents; large black heart on chest, black tail.
Reference 1: Body designs. Starting just behind the shoulders, back is black going down to the tail. Stripes behind shoulders go up to meet back, end in point before stomach. Stomach is white. Stripes in front of back legs stretch back to her rump, and meet with black on back.
Reference 2 Face reference. Ears are black, back of head is black, shoulders are white.
Expression: Understanding of pain, empathetic, but comforting smile. Closed mouth.
Hair: Like this, including the circlet, but hair is black. Over the right shoulder (behind her, so on our left). Metal hair clip is silver instead of dark gray.
Jewelry: Earrings from reference above, silver with gold "tip". Shoulder plates from reference above but as a necklace - the intricate design on her chest stays the same, positioned so that the point touches the middle of the dip in the top of the heart, but the ends are attached to a thick simple, silver band.
Concept: Kelemvora deals with the domain of Repose, or "laying to rest". Her powers cannot directly affect anything in the domains of life or death; she is there to help the living and the dead come to terms with death.
Temporary Powers:
1 - Speak with Dead: To be used on those who are living and suffering through the death of a loved one. The next time the affected individual(s) fall asleep, the spirit(s) of the one(s) they are mourning will be allowed to visit them in dreams to offer comfort, love or just conversation. This power affects the targeted individual and all others that are suffering that share the same blood. For example, if used on the mate of the deceased, it will affect her blood relatives and any cubs; but if used on a cub, it will affect all the cubs, the mate and their blood relatives, AND the deceased's blood relatives). This power can be used only once every three days, as opening the required rift that allows the spirits to enter dreams is quite energy-consuming.
2 - Sanctuary: After eons of spending hours helping those spirits of the deceased that had trouble accepting their deaths, Kel has developed a technique that allows her to lay these spirits to rest more efficiently. She places her muzzle in the center of their forehead and transfers thoughts and feelings of comfort and acceptance to them; while they may take some time to fully come to grips, they are now calm and know fully what has happened and where they are.
3 - Aura of Acceptance: When a pride suffers a particularly horrible loss, Kel may choose to bless the pride with her presence - whether she shapeshifts in order to live among them or just resides hidden in the area. While she habitats the area, the pride will experience a greater acceptance of death, allowing them to advance through the stages of grief quicker and easier. When Kel leaves, the pride loses this aura but remains at the same stage of grief.
Permanent Power: Death Watch - Each time Kel encounters someone new, she instantly knows how they will die and how much longer their lifespan is - down to the second. She cannot do anything with this knowledge, she just knows. She can curse or bless a SoA to know their date and cause of death.
