For ooc if you put it in (()) or something like that and set it apart from the RP then usually it's ok. As for the character lists and stuff... I think I can make a sub-forum for it, I have plenty of gold in the guild. What exactly do you mean for the ooc? Just want to make sure I'm getting the right idea before I say yes/no lol

Like... an OOC-thread to discuss future plot or what to do next? Could be useful, especially if the profiles are posted there as well. No need to look through the main thread to see all the characters 3nodding

Exactly or if ppl started getting way off topic with Ooc they could move to the Ooc thread for tht RP. A lot of times in RPs I've been in there end up being whole pages of nothing but Ooc and a seperate thread just helps cut down on the clutter. A thread for character lists let's ppl post their own profiles and easily edit them as needed while still keeping them all in one easy location. I've seen this done in a couple other guilds and it's worked really well. ^^ heart

i think that you could do some stuff on the rp but it would take up to much space. what i think would be nice is if you had a kind of community thing where people could tell others what they would like to see happen and what kind of stories could be created. o o o i just got an idea. what if you had it where people could pm the main people of the guild and send ideas there. it would leave room on the guild for stories and we could still get our thoughts to the people that are the leaders of the guild. this is just an idea. you can do what you want. i am just a weirdo with ideas.
